CustomIconDesign Commercial License for Icon Sale and Distribution Agreement
Licensing Terms and Conditions
This legal license agreement is between You and CustomIconDesign.com (“CustomIconDesign “).
By purchasing or downloading any icon sets licensed by CustomIconDesign, you agree to the followings:
1.Copyright
Licensor (CustomIconDesign) owns all proprietary rights in and to all Licensed icon sets.The Licensed Icon
Sets is not being sold; it is being provided to the Licensee under the terms of this agreement, which allows for
use of Licensed Icon Sets but does not transfer ownership. Ownership or copyright remains with
CustomIconDesign;
2.Grant of Rights
Licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Icon Sets an
unlimited number of times for in the course of its business and to otherwise copy, make and use the Licensed
Icon Sets in its own products that it intends to sell or distribute.
3.Restrictions
a. Licensee may not authorize any third party to use the Licensed Icon Sets for any purpose or
resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Licensed Icon Sets for use or distribution separately;
b. Licensee may not share Licensed Icon Sets on any website in a complete or archived downloadable
format;
c. Licensee may not use the Licensed Icon Sets for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral
purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies,
cultures;
CustomIconDesign grants to Licensee no right or license, express or implied, to the Licensed Icon Sets.
